Rules & Policies
Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established a few guidelines. Following these rules will help maintain the friendly atmosphere and great environment that makes Tiki RV Park a true paradise. Take a moment to review our policies, and let’s work together to create memorable moments for you and your family. Ready to dive in? Let’s get started!

Rules:

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

  • Late check-outs may be accommodated, based on availability.

  • Failure to check out on time may result in charges. In the event where failure to depart disrupts the arrival of the next guest, the occupying guest can be fined up to $100, as well as the possibility of being towed at the owner's expense.

  • Do NOT wash vehicles in the park. If you are found washing, there will be a $50 charge for excessive water usage.

  • All children must be at their designated campsites by 9 pm.

  • Your reservations are guaranteed. However, your site number is NOT guaranteed unless you've locked your site. (see more info about site locks on our fax page)

  • No washing of dishes or pans or utensils in the bathrooms.

  • There is to be NO cutting of trees or stripping of bark from any tree at any time. Power saws are not allowed in the park. If you, or anyone in your party, are found cutting or stripping trees, your entire party will be asked to leave immediately, with forfeiture of amounts owed and possible costs incurred if repair/replacement is necessary.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of property.

  • Carpets that do not allow sun to pass through to the grass may only be used for a maximum of 2 days.

  • Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on a 6' leash maximum. Please keep pets quiet in consideration of your neighbors. You must pick up after your pet and they must always be on a leash. If you are found violating this rule, you may be subject to up to a $50 fee.

Policies:

  • Open Seasonally April 15- November 15

  • Office hours vary based on Season. (See office for details)

  • Cancellation fee of $5 per reservation.

  • 48 Hour cancellation is required, or deposit is forfeited, and cancellation fee applied.

  • No refunds due to weather.

  • A $3 fee applies for each additional guest beyond 2 adults. (KIDS ALWAYS STAY FREE!)

  • No more than 7 people per site. 

  • Wi-Fi is only offered at &around the office

  • No more than one camping unit/tent per SIte.
